COMTA is an accrediting agency for Massage Therapy Schools.

MASSAGE LAWS & ORDINANCES: Some states, cities and counties do regulate the practice of massage therapy.  Before practicing massage therapy you should contact the AMTA for information on licensing for your state.  Local ordinances may also vary from your state laws; therefore, you should also check with your local city or county office for massage therapy laws.

Graduates of this school are eligible for membership in and the benefits of the AMTA.  The State of Indiana now has a certification law in place to certify all Massage Therapists in the State of Indiana.  The state certification does not precede local ordinances.

The Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics, Inc., does not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, age, sex, religion, creed, ethnic or national origin, or sexual orientation or disability.
