Financial Aid
Financial Aid is available for those who qualify. We have Federal Pell Grants and Federal Direct Loans, which include Subsidized, unsubsidized and Plus (Parent's) loans.
You can apply for financial aid electronically by visiting www.fafsa.ed.gov. Our Federal School Code is: 035383. Contact our Financial Aid Director, Thea Simpson, at (765) 724-9152, for assistance.
Financial Aid Office Hours
Tuesday-Friday 8:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M.
(Other times are available, if necessary, by appointment.)
If you choose to apply for financial aid, you may be required to supply the financial aid department with documents such as tax forms, W2's, check stubs, and other forms. When we ask you to supply this information, it is to help provide you with the most financial aid that is available to you.
There are certain requirements that you must follow in order to continue receiving financial aid through our school. You will be put on notification and we will not request disbursements from financial aid if:
1. You miss more than 4 days per semester (32 hours).
2. You do not follow all of the guidelines for the satisfactory academic progress.
Students with mitigating circumstances (which may include but is not limited to death in the family or grave illness of the student or close family member) may appeal termination of financial aid eligibility due to failure to make academic progress by writing to the Financial Aid Director within sixty days of the termination. The Financial Aid Director and the Administrator will consider the appeal, and the student will be notified of their decision by certified mail.
You will need to notify the financial aid office if you will be receiving any scholarships, this could affect your financial aid. If at any time we are required to refund any financial aid money back to the government, it will be your responsibility to pay the balance.
