Comprehensive Advanced Professional Massage Therapy

The Comprehensive Advanced Professional Massage Therapy program consists of the Professional Swedish Massage Therapy program, Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy® Level I and Equine, Canine, Feline Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy®.

Equine, Canine, Feline Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy® is a 40-hour course that teaches the Pfrimmer therapist how to work on horses, dogs, cats, and other animals. Students are given a basic course in animal anatomy and physiology, and then attend practicals at area horse farms where they learn how to handle animals confidently and safely, and how to apply the Pfrimmer technique for specific problems.

Prerequisites: Graduate of ASSTI Swedish Program and Pfrimmer Level I.  At the completion of this course students will have received 792 clock hours/38.66 semester credit hours of instruction.
