This is a service that the school provides to its Graduates who have given permission to be a Therapist Referral.

To our Graduates. If you do not see your name listed as a Therapist Referral, it may be that:
* We do not have a Graduate Referral Release Form from you (download form from our website, complete and return to school)
* You did not return your school survey (unable to put you on website without that)
* We do not have updated name, address, home phone and Therapist Referral phone numbers for you (call to correct that)
