What is expected: |
The Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics, Inc. policy on "Student/Client Safety" deems it necessary to prepare our student massage therapists to respond to any medical emergency and advisable for our students to be able to respond appropriately to any possible personal threat to their safety. Our student massage therapists are trained in "Basic Life Support/CPR" and "Basic Self-Defense for Massage Therapists" instructing the student/massage therapist to be prepared to defend themselves, if necessary. Basic Life Support/CPR is mandatory for the student/massage therapist in order to graduate. |
